Community-Wide Health Fair

We would like to have HealthyBR participate in this event.  Sharing information about your organization, healthy lifestyle, all of the services you offer and any other assistance/information you would like to share.  If you are able, we would appreciate if you could provide healthy snacks, beverages, etc also.
