O'Brien House

The services of O’Brien House comprise a comprehensive continuum of care that includes treatment, prevention and community development initiatives. We are licensed for 70 beds for residential treatment including a new 16 bed Women’s Dorm. We partner with other providers to offer our clients a variety of services including parenting classes, grief counseling, spirituality support, recreational therapy, HIV/STD testing and prevention classes, and educational services. We expanded and intensified services to reentering citizens to reduce recidivism. We expanded our IOP and Outpatient Programs to serve a larger population including chronically homeless persons. We offer the Adult Substance Education Program (ASEP), a 3-week course designed to educate individuals about substance abuse issues, one component of the District Attorney’s DWI Pre-Trial Intervention Program. All these services assist our clients to stabilize their lives, focus on recovery and prepare for a new life after leaving O’Brien House.
