ETERNAL CRISIS OUTREACH MISSION, VISION, PURPOSE MISSION Eternal Crisis Outreach mission is to support, educate and provide services to empower families living with the challenges of substance Abuse and mental health disorders. We do this by providing a safe place to share stories and find support for others who are dealing with substance abuse and mental health disorders or caring for a family member with a mental illness. We believe that substance use and mental health issues impact social issues, education, homelessness, and poverty. VISION Our vision is to provide culturally competent, holistic and wellness focused serviced that promote social-emotional development, while remaining substance use free; prevent development of mental health challenges and address social-emotional problems that currently exist that lead to substance abuse. We will do this by providing mental health treatment, and substance treatment to individuals. PURPOSE Our purpose is to empower the recovering individual with tools to seek education supportive services designed to enhance their quality of life, secure employment and return to their families self-sufficient and encouraged. To recognize mental health issues and seek help before the mental health issues reach crisis status. To spread the message that behavioral health is essential to overall health.
