Fitness Rocks

Fitness Rocks originally started as an annual event where people of all abilities could come and try different fitness activities. With a focus on families during the Covid-19 pandemic, Virtual Family Fitness Rock was born.

Family Fitness Rocks is an hour long workout for the entire family. This class is taught by three different instructors who focus on three different types of mobility. No Mobility and chair bound, low impact, and high impact. The class consists of dance, marital arts, kickboxing and more. This class happens once a month and can be viewed on live stream or can be joined in person.
