Youth and Families

There is so much to do in Baton Rouge for Youth and Families. Below are just some of our partners that help families be health in Baton Rouge!

Girls On The Run

Girls on the Run is dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams.

BREC

One of BREC's main focuses is to develop programming that helps families and children stay active outdoors. Join a class as a family or attend one of our many community events for a day of family fun. Check out our camps in the summer and on school holidays, which aim to keep children active while they are away from school. Also during the summer months, families can enjoy several swimming pools and the Liberty Lagoon Aquatic Center.

YMCA

With a focus on Youth Development, the Y is committed to nurturing the potential of every child and teen through programs that lead to positive behaviors, better health and educational achievement.
